Arian Adenan is a registered Commissioner of Oaths, legally appointed by the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Malaysia under the powers conferred by Subsection 11 [2] of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964 [Act 91), and he is able to exercise all the duties and responsibilities conferred to him by the Commissioner for Oaths Rules 2018 (Kaedah-Kaedah Pesuruhjaya Sumpah 2018).

Prior to this, he was an Airline Pilot and Air Accident Investigator for more than 11 years before his career ended due to the adverse effects of the COVID 19 pandemic towards the airline industry. He was one of the hundreds of pilots locally, and among the thousands globally, who had lost their jobs in the fight against COVID.
